Urabá - 1st November 2016

Pink Flor apologises as he has been a little lazy these past few years. He has decided to make amends and from today will start to publish the missing blog entries starting with Uraba in Northern Antioquia Colombia.

He catches a ride on the Banana train at a local banana plantation

Wow, it's great up here. Flor was trilled with the ride

In the Banana washing plant. Flor wanted the labels for all the banana customers supplied from the plantation

In the packaging plant. Flor found that these bananas were to be sold in Colombia

Flor found out that these bananas were to be supplied to Europe

Flor visited the carton stores where all the boxes are assembled.

This box is just my size.

After a busy day at the plantation, Flor decided to take a small snack.

Pink Flor decided that it was a good idea to visit a pineapple plantation.

Pink Flor in Geneva Switzerland - 13th May 2016

After the grueling 15 hour flight from Medellin to Geneva,
Pink Flor decided to use the train to get around

He absolutely loved the carousel in the Botanical Gardens.

In fact he liked it so much he asked for additional photographs

A warm sunny day at the lake was just perfect to recover from his jet-lag

Back to the Botanical Gardens to explore the remainder of the park.

And right there in the background is Mont Blanc

You can not visit Geneva without seeing the Jet. Pink Flor got so excited.

Ever the socialite, Pink Flor makes a new friend

At last a Pink Flor sized house with a view of the lake

Pink Flor was thirsty, but found it very hard to drink from the fountain without taking a shower at the same time

Two new friends in one day. They promised to keep in touch using social media

Geneva can be very tiring, so Pink Flor asked for a ride home.

Pink Flor in Manizales Colombia - 21st March 2016

Pink Flor's taste in Rum has changed, now only 15 year aged Rum is acceptable.

He likes the new transport service in Manizales, Warm, Soft, and Friendly

Flor wanted a ride on Willys jeep. We had to explain that we were planning do this another day.

What about this jeep? he asked

Flor decided that if he could not ride a jeep, then he would travel with some pigs that he befriended earlier

He took a quick stop for some Colombian Coffee

A last! Flor got his wish to ride in a jeep.

He loved the fact that a silver horse also took the ride.

After a long day, Flor decided to take to nature. He loved riding the cable car above the forest

Staying with the nature theme, he took a short rest by a Lilly pond

He took a long walk on this wooden bridge over a small pond

Flor wanted some more coffee, but the store was closed

He then exhausted himself by climbing this palm tree

Flor walked several kilometres into the forest, and decided to take a rest by this fresh spring water

Looks like Flor likes climbing. Here he climbed a tree to get a better view of a wild orchid

Flor decided to study a local kiosk built for weddings and meetings. He loved the design

A final stop by a furnace. He was disappointed there was no BBQ
